Vital Records for Lacey Divorces

The Washington State Department of Health holds marriage and divorce records from 1968 to the present for events that occurred in Washington. They issue certificates of dissolution, also called divorce certificates. These are not the same as divorce decrees. A certificate is a summary document. A decree is the full court order with all terms. The DOH does not have decrees. Certified or noncertified informational copies from DOH cost $25.00 each and fees are nonrefundable.
