Fees for Walla Walla County Divorce Records

The filing fee for a dissolution of marriage in Walla Walla County is approximately $350. This includes required statutory surcharges set under Washington State law. Certified copies of divorce decrees are available from the Clerk's Office for a fee. Copy fees vary depending on the number of pages and whether the copy is certified. Fee waivers are available for people who cannot afford to pay. File a motion and declaration for waiver of civil filing fees and show your financial situation to the court.
